Katieann Sessa

With over 20 years in the beauty industry, my journey behind the chair began in 2005 in North Jersey, where I built a strong foundation in both cutting and color. Early in my career, I invested heavily in advanced education, completing programs such as Scruples Master Colorist training and Rusk cutting classes to refine my technique and creativity. In 2010, life brought me down the shore after meeting my husband, where I continued my career at a salon in Wall. It was there that I truly fell in love with the Goldwell color line, Global Keratin treatments, and KMS styling products—brands that still define my work today. I further expanded my expertise through the KMS IQ Cutting Academy and numerous advanced Goldwell color courses. After relocating to Toms River and starting a family, I took time to focus on raising my two children—an experience that deepened my appreciation for balance, connection, and confidence. Now, I’m back behind the chair with a renewed passion and purpose. At Salon Jolie, my goal is to create a personalized, elevated experience where every client feels confident, cared for, and effortlessly beautiful.
